Welcome to 你的舞蹈蜕变方案 (the "Course"), an online dance education program created and taught by 叶柔柔 (Rourou Ye) ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you ("you," "the Student") agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. The Course

你的舞蹈蜕变方案 is a digital, self-paced dance education program delivered through Thinkific. It includes video lessons, instructional materials, and — where applicable — personalized feedback on submitted homework videos. The Course is intended for adult beginners and is provided for educational and personal enrichment purposes only.

2. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full through our designated payment processor. Prices, currency, and any active promotions are as stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing for future enrollments at any time; this does not affect students who have already enrolled.

3. Refund Policy — No Refunds Once Access Is Granted

All sales are final once you have been granted access to the Course. Because the Course consists of digital content and, in many cases, ongoing 1-on-1 personalized coaching from us, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after enrollment is confirmed and access has been provided — regardless of how much of the Course content you have viewed or how many lessons you have completed.

EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal Notice: If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you would normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. By enrolling in the Course, you expressly request that we begin providing you with digital content and/or coaching services immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that:

By completing your enrollment, you confirm you have read and agree to this waiver.

Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, make an exception in cases of (a) a proven technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing the Course and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, or (b) duplicate/accidental payments. Any such exception is discretionary and does not create a precedent or ongoing obligation for future cases.

4. Intellectual Property

All Course content — including videos, choreography, written materials, curriculum structure, and branding — is the original creative work of Rourou Ye and is protected by copyright. You may not record, download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use Course content to create a competing product or service. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Course for your own learning only.

5. Homework Submissions & Feedback

If the Course includes submission of homework videos for personalized feedback, you retain ownership of your own submitted videos. By submitting, you grant us permission to view and respond to them for the purpose of providing coaching feedback, and (only with your separate, explicit consent) to use anonymized or approved clips for testimonials or marketing.

6. Physical Activity & Health Disclaimer

Dance and movement involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. You confirm that you are physically able to participate in the Course and that you will practice within your own physical limits. You should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. We are not responsible for any injury sustained while practicing Course content.

7. Code of Conduct

If the Course includes a community space (e.g., WeChat group, forum), you agree to engage respectfully with other students and staff. We reserve the right to remove any student from community spaces, and in serious cases terminate Course access without refund, for harassment, abuse, or sharing of Course content in violation of Section 4.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rourou Ye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course.

9. Changes to the Course or Terms

We may update Course content, scheduling, or these Terms from time to time to improve the learning experience. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. [Adjust if you incorporate elsewhere.]

1. 课程说明

你的舞蹈蜕变方案 是通过 Thinkific 平台提供的数字化、自主学习舞蹈教育项目，内容包括教学视频、课程资料，以及（如适用）针对学员提交作业的个性化反馈。本课程面向成人零基础学员，仅用于教育与自我提升目的。

2. 报名与付款

学员通过指定支付渠道完成全额付款后，即视为报名成功。价格、货币及当时有效的优惠信息以购买时销售页面所示为准。我们保留随时调整未来报名价格的权利；此调整不影响已报名学员。

3. 退款政策 —— 一旦获得课程访问权限，不予退款

一旦你获得课程访问权限，所有购买均为最终交易，不可退款。 由于本课程包含数字化内容，且多数情况下包含我们提供的持续一对一个性化指导，因此在报名确认并获得访问权限后，无论你已观看多少课程内容或完成多少课时，我们均不提供退款、换课或积分补偿。

欧盟/欧洲经济区学员 —— 撤回权告知： 如果你是位于欧盟或欧洲经济区的消费者，通常你对线上购买享有14天的法定撤回权。通过报名本课程，你明确要求我们立即开始为你提供数字内容和/或指导服务，并确认：

完成报名即表示你已阅读并同意此项声明。

例外情况： 在以下情况下，我们可自行决定给予例外处理：(a) 由我们方原因导致的、且无法在合理时间内解决的技术故障，致使你无法访问课程；(b) 重复或误操作付款。任何此类例外处理均属我们自行裁量，不构成先例，也不产生未来案例的持续义务。

4. 知识产权

课程中的所有内容——包括视频、编舞、书面资料、课程结构与品牌内容——均为 叶柔柔 的原创作品，受版权保护。你不得录制、下载、复制、转发、转售、公开分享课程内容，或利用课程内容制作竞品或提供类似服务。你的报名仅授予你个人的、不可转让的课程学习使用权。

5. 作业提交与反馈

如本课程包含提交作业视频以获取个性化反馈的环节，你保留对自己提交视频的所有权。提交即表示你同意我们出于教学反馈目的观看并回应该视频；如需将匿名或获你单独明确同意的片段用于学员分享或宣传素材，我们会另行征得你的同意。

6. 身体活动与健康免责声明

舞蹈与身体律动属于体力活动，存在一定的受伤风险。你确认自己身体状况适合参与本课程，并将在自身身体承受范围内练习。如有任何既往健康状况，建议在开始任何新的体力活动前咨询医生。对于因练习课程内容而造成的任何伤害，我们不承担责任。

7. 社群行为准则

如本课程包含社群空间（例如微信群、论坛），你同意与其他学员及工作人员保持相互尊重的互动。对于骚扰、辱骂行为，或违反第4条规定分享课程内容的行为，我们保留将该学员移出社群空间的权利，情节严重者可终止其课程访问权限，且不予退款。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，叶柔柔 不对因使用或无法使用本课程而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

9. 课程或条款的变更

我们可能会不时更新课程内容、安排或本条款，以持续优化学习体验。条款如有重大变更，将通知已报名学员。学员在变更后继续使用课程，即视为接受该变更。

10. 适用法律

本条款适用西班牙法律，不适用法律冲突原则。（如你在其他地区注册公司，请相应调整。）
